If you’ve ever wandered into a Puff Cannabis dispensary, you were likely impressed with their knowledgeable staff who are always willing to educate to the best of their ability.

Each location is clean and welcoming with a wide selection of inventory so that every customer leaves satisfied. Providing high-quality products at fair prices is their jam.

But Puff Cannabis brightened Thanksgiving this year by going the extra mile.

The Way Puff Cannabis Brightened Thanksgiving

With inflation being what it is, a lot of folks were looking at a challenging Thanksgiving this year. Food prices are soaring and that meant that many families were making sacrifices.

So Puff Cannabis decided to give away over 1700 turkeys to people in need for this year’s Thanksgiving holiday. And it was a huge success. Turkeys were given away on a first-come first-serve basis and no purchase was required.

Distribution of the gobblers happened at all seven of their locations including Madison Heights, Utica, Bay City, Hamtramck, Traverse City, Oscoda, and Sturgis.

Harkening back to his childhood and remembering the importance of family and the Thanksgiving holiday, owner Justin Elias said, “Thanksgiving is the time for all families to come together, to celebrate and be thankful for what they have, but to also think about others who are less fortunate. That is why I decided on behalf of the Puff Cannabis company we would give away over 1700 turkeys in the communities where we are located.”

The Puff Cannabis Success Story

When Justin Elias launched Puff Cannabis in 2019, his goal was to sell high-quality cannabis products at a fair price and to ensure he had an educated staff with an emphasis on superior customer service. He also didn’t let obstacles get in his way.

For instance, just a week after opening the Madison Heights location in 2021, there was a huge statewide recall of marijuana. Boxes full of marijuana products had to be pulled from the shelves and stashed away in the back room. That meant the majority of the store’s product couldn’t be sold. But he soldiered on.

And it shows.

In the past three years, Puff Cannabis has since grown to seven cannabis dispensary locations throughout the state of Michigan. Three more locations are expected to open before 2022 bids us farewell, with another five to ten locations scheduled to open in 2023.

Throughout all of this, Elias has stayed true to his core values on all levels. As a result, Puff Cannabis is now a vertically integrated company combining dispensaries, processing, and cultivation. Nearly every Puff Cannabis location is open Monday through Sunday 9am to 9pm.
